All instructors should record "Last Date of Attendance" (LDA) or "Never Attend" (NA) for students who proactively drop a course either before or during the semester. Reporting this information will be done through which of the following tools:

Attendance for on online class is defined differently than a seated class. For an online class, students must actively participate in activity such as an exam, group project, quiz, discussion post, or email within 14 consecutive days. For a seated class, attendance is defined as being physically present during the class meeting.

Final grades are required to be submitted at the end of each semester. Failure to submit grades in timely manner can have the following consequences:

The proctoring policy is in place to ensure the integrity of online programs by verifying the identities of every student taking an online class. Proctoring does not apply to seated classes.
